Dogs will do almost anything for something good to eat - but even
more so if they feel loved and accepted...

It’s wonderful for kids to be able to grow up with a dog, but they have to learn how to handle their pet with care and with love.

Little puppies can be a useful therapy for kids with reservations about physical contact.

And even the boys dare to show a little tenderness...

It’s important to teach children not to even try to carry around those squirming little pups. The pup’s limbs and joints could get twisted by being dropped or yanked around.

A well trained and socialized dog has no fears or problems with small kids, but this is something you have to work up to.

 Both of them full of confidence - but of course this kid will have to         learn that not every dog will let him take away his toy,            in this case a stick.

As you can see it is possible to teach a puppy confidence, but you have to start early and only with your own dog. This pup is chewing at a bone and yet the girl is trying to remove his collar so the pup doesn’t get tangled up later at play with other dogs. The pup trusts this girl and knows that she wouldn’t take away his bone.
But otherwise: Don’t touch a dog when he’s eating
